I want to buy a HUMAN CREATIONS™ product. Where do you sell it?

Our products are available for purchase online via Amazon, eBay, and True To Source. Direct links to our various selling platforms can be found on the product detail page of every item.

A product I want is out of stock. When can I expect it to be back in stock?

A notification message for out-of-stock products will appear on the product details page, with an estimated date for stock replenishment.

While we try to keep our information up-to-date, please feel free to contact us directly for more details should you ever find the information to be unavailable or incorrect. You may also request for an email notification once the product is back in stock.

Can I get a product shipped internationally?

Yes. All our products can now be shipped internationally from our fulfillment center in the U.S. Additional local customs duty for shipping may apply. Please follow through with check-out on Amazon or eBay to see total shipping costs to your location.

International shipping is currently unavailable for True To Source.

Are there warranties on HUMAN CREATIONS™ products?

All Human Creations products have their own individual warranty periods, unless otherwise stated. Please check each product detail page for specific warranty details.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is not reimbursable after the first month of purchase

  • Beanworthy is currently the only authorized seller of HUMAN CREATIONS™ products. Items sold by other sellers under our name are not the same. We are unable to honor any warranties if your purchase cannot be tracked as an item sold by True To Source.

I have a defective item. What should I do?

Please let us know about the difficulties you’re having with your product by referring to the contact form on the Contact Us page.

To help us serve you better, please add the following information:

  • Store where you made the purchase

  • Product name

  • Order ID (If you cannot find the Order ID, then please provide the purchaser's name)

  • Order Date

I lost the manual to a product I purchased. How can I get another manual?

We are currently working to get all our manuals online so they may be available for download. In the mean time, please contact us directly for a .pdf copy.
